The MDREN Board is currently evaluating the organization’s bylaws to better reflect the current services, committee structure, and goals. The board is considering reconstituting the Finance Committee, the Technology Committee, and suspending the Membership and Services Committee.

The expectation is that the Finance and Technology Committees will once again play a significant role in advising MDREN and the board in planning and strategy development. The Board will also consider moving several member campuses who have been long time members and made significant contributions to the organization from General Members to Principal Members. If approved, these member campuses will have full membership on the Board.
